General Labor / Installation Helper
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our crew! This is a hands-on position helping with outdoor installations, setup, removal, and general jobsite tasks. Experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train someone with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing and removing materials at residential and commercial properties.
- Safely set up, climb, and work from ladders.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow instructions and work efficiently with the crew.
- Keep jobsites clean and protect customers’ property.
- Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights while following proper safety practices.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance when needed.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold temperatures and changing weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the designated meeting location.
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Willing to learn, take direction, and pay attention to detail.
- Respectful toward customers, coworkers, and their property.
- Available for early starts, occasional longer days, and some weekends.
- Prior construction, landscaping, roofing, or general labor experience is a plus.
