Job Description:

The Licensed Clinical Psychologist role gains direct clinical care hours through both psychotherapy and testing services. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist role has the potential to turn into a Clinical Supervisor role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a full time schedule of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 24 hours engaged in billable client work.
• Provide child, adolescent and adult clients with empirically supported treatment via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), depression, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), PANDAS, panic disorder, parent coaching, performance anxiety, phobias, separation anxiety, social anxiety, Tourette's syndrome / tic disorder and other anxiety, OCD and related disorders.
• Conduct Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluations for ADHD & Executive Functioning, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Behavioral Concerns, Cognitive Functioning, Learning Disabilities & Academic Challenges, and Mental Health Diagnostic Clarification for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Clinical management of all assigned cases
• Communicate and consult with members of each clients care team (legal guardians, families, and other internal and external parties) as necessary and appropriate
• Provide resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriate
• Coordinate crisis response for client emergencies, including coordination of care with outside institutions
• Complete documentation and administrative requirements in a timely and thorough manner
• Serve as LOA Ambassador and effectively represent LOA culture, expectations, offerings and policies to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in an on-call rotation for all LOA clients (during business hours)
• Contribute to ongoing clinical staff training by leading training or creating organizational resources
• Others duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Flexible work arrangements, including one fully virtual day

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Experience and/or a strong interest in providing clinical supervision, leadership, especially in the training and development of clinical staff
• Interest in specializing in CBT for anxiety and related disorders
• Commitment to lifelong learning, clinical growth, and evidence-based practice
• Ability to receive and integrate feedback while working effectively through ambiguity
• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through in clinical and team responsibilities
