Company Description
LIGHT Movement is a grief-focused, somatic-based organization dedicated to supporting individuals and communities through integrative healing practices. By blending the science of the nervous system with accessible, practical tools, LIGHT helps individuals navigate and grow through the experience of grief. The organization emphasizes education, embodiment, and community-building to address the physiological, psychological, and spiritual impacts of loss. LIGHT empowers people with resources and connections that foster resilience and renewal during challenging times.
