LiftHER Career is a career launcher focused on empowering soon-to-be and recent college graduates by building the essential skills, experience, and professional networks needed for long-term career success. Rooted in a mission of equity and access, LiftHER tackles barriers like underemployment, lack of experience, and limited social capital to help young professionals confidently launch and grow their careers.
As a coach, connector, and job-placement catalyst, LiftHER delivers tailored career coaching and networking support, going beyond guidance by actively referring participants to opportunities and introducing them to LiftHERs—an exclusive network of vetted professionals ready to share insights and support.
About the Program
Grad2Hire is LiftHER’s exclusive career readiness fellowship program for recent grads. It begins with a 6-week virtual bootcamp designed to build career management skills, personal branding, and industry awareness.
This holistic program is enhanced by signature experiential learning and professional networking experiences like:
· Mock Interview Festival to practice with professionals
· Industry-focused Capstone project with a chance to present to industry leaders
· 1:1 CareerCafe Chats with our network of LiftHER mentors to build your network
· Engage with guest speakers who will provide insider insights to help you stand out
· Community of peers that provide the collective accountability and momentum to keep you going
Afterward, participants are referred for full-time roles or a paid Fellowship lasting up to 6 months. Through it all, we help you gain critical skills and resume-boosting experience to launch your career with confidence!

Selected Participants Notified: Rolling starting March 23, 2026
Career Readiness Bootcamp: June 1, 2026 to July 10, 2026 (all sessions are virtual and will take place in the late afternoon and evenings).
