The Front Desk Associate is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.
What You Will Do
- Welcome and check in all members and guests
- Sell memberships smoothies supplements and personal training
- Answer questions resolve billing issues and track front desk activity
- Keep the front desk area clean stocked and on-brand
- Support day-to-day operations and team communication
- Create a fun professional and helpful experience for everyone
What We Are Looking For
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Comfortable with upselling and helping members
- Organized energetic and positive attitude
- Available to work early mornings evenings and weekends
