Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Administrative Assistant, located in Dallas, TX. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with accounting operations, handling invoicing processes, and supporting other finance-related activities. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Responsibility
- Record, organize, and file daily financial invoices and related documentation
- Assist with basic accounting operations, including data entry and account reconciliation
- Maintain attendance records and reimbursement tracking
- Handle general administrative and office-related tasks
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party accounting and tax service providers
- Liaise with government agencies, tax authorities, and other regulatory departments as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting-related experience, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of accounting and finance tasks, including invoicing, reconciliation, and basic financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data tracking, reconciliation, reporting)
- Familiarity with accounting software and the ability to process invoices efficiently
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
Preferred
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting, tax, or administrative processes
- Experience communicating with U.S. government or tax-related departments
- Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required
Compensation
- $3500-$4000 per month depending on experience
