Commercial subcontractor in search of Accounting Assistant. Entry level position with Construction company in Addison. The following criteria is helpful:
· Basic Accounting Principals
· Knowledge of AIA Billing
· AP and AR
· Advanced experience with Excel helpful
· Attention to detail and organized.
· Familiar with Sage or QuickBooks software
· Competitive wage based on experience
· Hours are Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm
