Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal hygiene and grooming assistance
- Prepare meals and support clients’ nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks
- Participate in therapy exercises and case conferences as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate care records and submit documentation promptly
- Represent LifeWorx with professionalism and a high level of customer service
Qualifications
- Valid HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
- 3 years of continuous home care work experience (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional in-home caregiving experience (required)
- Verifiable references from recent home care clients (required)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and escalate concerns appropriately
Salary : $20 - $30
