Experienced Housekeeper/House Manager/Personal Assistant

Looking for a dedicated and professional Housekeeper/Personal Assistant to manage household responsibilities and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure that the home environment is well-maintained and organized while assisting with day-to-day tasks, errands, and personal administration. A pet care enthusiast, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills is essential. Someone who has attention to details, great organization and time managment skills plus reliable.

Responsibilities:

• deep and light cleaning of full home including: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms
• organization of closets and pantries
• laundry
• pet care
• cooking/meal prep
• grocery shopping/errands
• change sheets weekly
• Clean dog beds once weekly
• Change batteries on cameras, remotes etc
• Maintain outside patio
• Flowers -change water
• Help with Fall , xmas holiday decorations. Set up and put away
• Help with packing/unpacking luggage
• including liaising with vendors and other household staff.
• Personal assistant tasks can include managing family calendars and scheduling appointments, and carrying out day to day client requests.

Full time live-out position flexible hours 1-9, 2-10, 11-8 M-F or T-Sat someone with flexibility.

Pay: $30-45/hour (DOE)

Minimum requirements:

• At least 2 years of most recent in private home experience as a professional housekeeper/house manager
• 2 excellent in-home references
• Authorized to work in USA
• Valid US driver's license and personal car (although client car may be provided)
• Fluent in English
