We are seeking a passionate and talented Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program and create exceptional desserts that delight our guests. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical skill with creativity, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in presentation and flavor.
Set Monday through Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute a variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items.
- Stay current on pastry trends and techniques to bring innovation to the menu.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training in pastry arts preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavor pairings, and plating.
- Polished and collected energy in a professional, client-facing environment.
