LifeWays is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to provide trauma-informed, culturally competent care to individuals seeking behavioral health services. As part of our Integrated Health Clinic and Crisis Residential Unit, you’ll support people in vulnerable moments while helping ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care.
What You’ll Do

Welcome individuals with empathy and provide excellent, non-judgmental customer service.

Complete nursing assessments, PC/CLS assessments, screenings, and provide health education.

Administer medications, monitor labs, and ensure accuracy in the Electronic Medical Record.

Support clinical teams with urgent medication needs and emergent health concerns.

Respond to nursing calls, prescription requests, and care coordination needs.

Monitor Clozaril labs and maintain documentation across all required systems.

Provide daily coverage in the Integrated Health Clinic and Crisis Residential Unit.

Assist with clinical oversight of crisis services during non-business hours; take on-call duties when needed.

Communicate effectively across clinical, supervisory, and residential teams.

Maintain consistent attendance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Perform other responsibilities that support high-quality, consumer-centered care.

Required Education/Certification/Licensure
- RN I: Associate degree in nursing. Licensed as RN.
- RN II: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Licensed as RN
- RN III: Master’s degree in nursing. Licensed as RN.
Preferred Education/Certification/Licensure
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC™)
- Nursing Case Management Certification (CMGT-BC)
