Schedule: Wednesday 11pm-2am, Thursday - Saturday 7pm-7am
The Night Supervisor, Crisis Services leads daily operations for crisis programs by guiding staff, supporting clinical quality, and ensuring effective service delivery. Working closely with the Director of Crisis Services and the Clinical Supervisor Team, this role promotes a collaborative, learning-focused environment while aligning decisions with organizational mission, values, and service goals.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and evaluate crisis services staff, including onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.

Coordinate staff schedules, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient and responsive program operations.

Provide individual and group supervision, addressing performance issues promptly and consistently.

Facilitate team meetings and communicate organizational initiatives and updates.

Monitor clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Ensure staff credentials, licenses, and privileges remain current and within scope of practice.

Support program budgeting and resource planning.

Develop and deliver staff training to strengthen clinical skills and promote continuous learning.

Partner with leadership to address compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to department policies, procedures, and ongoing program improvements.

Participate in a 24/7 supervisor on-call rotation, providing clinical consultation for inpatient pre-admission screenings.

Maintain consistent attendance and support continuity of services across departments as needed.

Apply crisis intervention and therapeutic de-escalation techniques consistent with the Safety Care model.
Salary : $72,940 - $84,588
