What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Specialist position at Lifeway Services LLC?
Lifeway Services, LLC is a licensed Adult Residential Agency for adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. We are currently seeking a Program Specialist to join our team.
Program Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 4 years experience or more working with the IDD population in a residential setting.
- Detail Oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Google workspace products.
- Experience with; ISP's, revisions and reviews, service notes, individual assessments, etc.
- Knowledge of Chapter 6400 regulations, and ODP Licensing requirements.
Description: Full time (8:30 am -4:30 pm, Mon-Friday)
- Punxsutawney, PA office location
- Routine travel required to New Bethlehem office and other service locations
- Position will over see all program specialist duties in Punxsutawney
- Periodic on-call rotation
Program Specialist Compensation: $24.00/hour
