Lifeway Services LLC, is a Residential Care Agency for the intellectually disabled and adults with autism. We are actively seeking a dependable and responsible caregivers to fill block shifts.
Responsibilities Include:
Assistance with daily living activities
Engaging and participating in community events
Providing assistance to individuals with basic tasks (cooking, cleaning and training in self independence)
Paperwork including daily documentation, recording and administering daily medication.
Hours:
Alternating block:
One week is Tuesday 3pm through Thursday 11pm, Sleep hours are 11pm-7am. This block pays 40 hours and 2 sleep shifts.
The next week is Thursday 11pm through Sunday 7am, Sleep hours are from 11pm-7am. This block pays 32 hours and 3 sleep shifts.
Highly Competitive wages
$15.00 per hour plus sleep pay

Requirements:
Age 18 or older
Must have valid Drivers License
Proof of auto insurance
