What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optical Receptionist/Technician position at Lifetime Vision?
Receptionist
Welcome patients and lead them through the check-in process. Help to create a good patient flow throughout their visit at the office. Answer phone calls and field questions from patients/vendors. Be able to look up and answer questions about various vision and health plans as they relate to a patient's visit to the clinic. Work with other staff as a team player, stepping up where needed. Computer skills needed. Other various office duties may include but are not limited to: emptying trash, shredding, scanning, vacuuming, dusting and straightening frame boards.
Technician
Pre-test patient before doctor sees them as well as performing other testing as asked for by the doctor.
We are seeking an employee who has exceptional customer service and great work ethic who would love to see direct results in their care of our patients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
