What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads, delivering an educational and value-driven experience that earns trust and builds rapport
- Customized Proposals: Create tailored design and pricing options that highlight the beauty, performance, and ROI of Lifetime’s window and siding systems
- Project Ownership: Guide clients from consultation through close, answering questions and delivering a white-glove customer experience throughout the process
- Market Growth: Build relationships with realtors, HOAs, local businesses, and other community partners to support long-term growth in the territory
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and customer care teams to ensure a 5-star customer experience from start to finish
- Territory Management: Travel throughout Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and surrounding areas while managing appointments and follow-up activity effectively
What You Need
- Sales Experience: Proven success in in-home sales or other high-ticket, commission-based sales environments; window and siding experience is strongly preferred
- Drive and Independence: Self-starting, disciplined, and motivated by high achievement and strong earning potential
- Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident in customer interactions; Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Licensing: Must obtain and maintain a valid in-home sales license where required by law
- Mobility: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to carry up to 50 lbs during in-home visits
