Responsibilities
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other exterior or interior fixtures using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders safely and effectively to reach high or hard-to-access areas
- Use scissor lifts and other elevated platforms when necessary to access tall or difficult-to-reach windows
- Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks to maintain overall cleanliness of work sites, including wiping down surfaces and removing debris
- Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment
- Conduct inspections to ensure windows are streak-free, spotless, and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any repairs or replacements needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
- Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar elevated platforms is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, lift equipment, and work at heights for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Valid certifications related to safety or equipment operation are a plus
