Essential Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain uptodate records.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the OPC department.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Dispatch Worker or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (accuracy is a must).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
