As an OPC Agent, you will be the face of our resort and connect qualified guests with our beautiful resort on Table Rock Lake. As an OPC Agent, you will be the face of our resort and connect qualified guests with our beautiful resort on Table Rock Lake. Your overall goal is to engage with customers and contribute to their experience to create an unforgettable vacation for them and their family.
Essential Duties:
- Welcome guests and engage in conversation to build rapport and understanding of their needs.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and shows around Branson.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the Branson area and act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or who have questions.
- Answer the phone and make reservations at area shows, attractions and other accommodations.
- Experience in a sales, customer service or relevant role.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; bilingual preferred.
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customerfocused orientation.
- Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills.
