We are looking for a Gifting/Concierge Agent to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our guests and clients through personalized promotional programs. Essential Duties:

• Assemble and distribute gifts for promotional packages and VIP amenities.
• Maintain and organize gift inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and guest services teams to fulfill gifting needs.
• Ensure each gift is delivered on time, beautifully presented and brand aligned.
• Track gifting activity in company software, manage the stock levels and assist.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity and attention to detail.
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or events (1 year preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable use of spreadsheets, company software systems and basic office tools. Outlook, Word and Excel
• Friendly, dependable and detailoriented team player.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between departments as needed.
