Essential Duties:
- Assemble and distribute gifts for promotional packages and VIP amenities.
- Maintain and organize gift inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and guest services teams to fulfill gifting needs.
- Ensure each gift is delivered on time, beautifully presented and brand aligned.
- Track gifting activity in company software, manage the stock levels and assist.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or events (1 year preferred).
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable use of spreadsheets, company software systems and basic office tools. Outlook, Word and Excel
- Friendly, dependable and detailoriented team player.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between departments as needed.
