- Supervise and support per diem employees, including coaching, performance management, and onboarding
- Coordinate staffing coverage by deploying per diem employees across programs based on operational needs
- Manage scheduling systems, including shift approvals, availability tracking, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate workforce data and ensure scheduling records are up to date
- Monitor compliance with training, certifications, and work-hour requirements
- Conduct audits and generate reports to identify trends and address gaps
- Collaborate with HR and program leadership to recruit, hire, and address staffing challenges
- Provide training and guidance on scheduling systems and workforce processes
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support staffing needs outside standard business hours
- Associate degree with 2 years of supervisory experience; OR High School diploma with 4 years of leadership experience in workforce management, scheduling, or related field
- Experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and scheduling/workforce systems
- Ability to analyze data and staffing trends to support decision-making
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator Requirements
