We’re seeking experienced, self-directed professionals to undertake an independent, remote role in the personal development and leadership education sector. This combines digital marketing, business development, prospect engagement and the promotion of online educational programs.

This is an independent, performance-based role. Uncapped Earnings come from profits on product sales. It can be started part-time alongside existing commitments, with consistent time and active involvement required.

About the Role

You’ll use a structured process to attract prospective customers, conduct initial conversations and guide suitable people through the information and follow-up stages. You’ll also participate in ongoing training while developing your marketing, communication and leadership skills.

Your Activities Will Include

• Implementing digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries.
• Communicating with prospective customers and identifying their interests and goals.
• Conducting initial screening conversations using an established process.
• Coordinating access to online product and business information.
• Maintaining accurate contact records and completing timely follow-ups.
• Participating in online training and team sessions.
• Managing your schedule, activity and business growth goals.
