Client Acquisition & Growth Manager

We are looking for a self-directed professional with experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, recruitment, account management, customer success or client relations for a remote client acquisition and growth role.

This role is in the leadership education, communication and professional growth space, working with an established online education business.

The role involves using approved online platforms to create initial interest, connecting with people who request more information, conducting brief introductory conversations, following up professionally, using simple online systems, and participating in ongoing online training.

This may suit someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, business development and working independently while following an established process.

In this role, you may be involved in:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 8 years of professional work experience
• Has experience in business development, sales, recruitment, client relations, account management, customer success or a similar professional field
• Is confident communicating with people
• Is organised and comfortable following a step-by-step process
• Enjoys working independently in a remote environment
• Has an interest in leadership, communication and continuous learning
• Is willing to learn new skills and apply them consistently
• Understands the importance of professionalism, follow-up and relationship building
• Is currently based in the United States
