- The Program Services Manager at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the delivery of behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of behavioral health programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise program staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and enhance client care.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and client satisfaction, using data to inform improvements and innovations.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure staff receive necessary training and professional development opportunities.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the programs promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within a behavioral health or social services setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing service programs.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and development.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
