LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a first shift Support Staff for Turning Point Center located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Turning Point is a residential program that specializes in the treatment of individuals with co-occurring disorders. Potential candidates will work with a multidisciplinary team and must be comfortable working with individuals with co-occurring disorders. Support Staff serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking admission to Turning Point and must be able to handle stressful situations professionally utilizing a trauma-informed approach. This position will assist with referrals to other agency services as appropriate and ensure that clients experience a seamless admission into our residential program. We are seeking someone with experience in high pressure environments, who is a self-starter, enthusiastic, with a commitment to a person-centered, and trauma-informed care. Computer skills and experience working with Electronic Health Records is preferred.
