We are located right off Highway 41 in between Perry and Warner Robins. Grace Garden has 22 rooms
These are some of your responsibilities as the Evening Charge Nurse:
- Administer Medications as required, give treatments when necessary and chart medications and treatments according to procedure
- Responsible for nursing care of residents and recognizing significant changes in conditions
- Communicate with Day Shift Wellness Nurse, Hospital, Staff
- Verify Inventory of Drugs
- Provide guidance to care staff, review time schedule
- Supervise care staff
- Assist with orientation of new hires
These are some of the requirements:
- Valid Georgia LPN license in good standing;
- Meet all health requirements including TB and drug screen;
- Pass a criminal background check;
- Prior experience as a nurse in Memory Care preferred
- Prior experience with Point Click Care is preferred but not required
Shift Details:
- 1 Full Time Position
- Require every other weekend rotation
