Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our facility’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping to support administrative functions.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or in person.
- Assist with handling bank deposits
- Assisting families on Financial Questions

- Proficiency with technology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle diverse interactions professionally.
- Experience with office management, clerical duties, filing systems, proofreading, and office experience is essential.
