Role Description
The Front Office Receptionist is a full-time or part-time, on-site position located in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, managing the front office operations. Core responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring the front office operates efficiently. You will also play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. We are in need of someone who can work Monday - Friday from 10am-7pm. Qualifications
- Proficient/conversational in Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build a warm and welcoming environment.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, such as managing a front office, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to effectively handle calls and inquiries with patience and clarity.
- Experience in a front office or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a community-oriented environment.
