Shifts: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Wage: $28.00-$31.00 per hour

Our Maintenance Directors' become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment of a senior living community.

Duties Include

• Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
• Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
• Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
• Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
• Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
• Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Class C Boiler Operator’s License or the ability to obtain within six months of hire
• At least 1 year of experience maintenance in a multi-unit apartment or senior living community.
• Current Driver’s License (in good standing).
• High School Diploma or equivalent, formal vocational/technical degree preferred.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health care setting is preferred.
