Duties And Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associates Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of clerical experience and basic computer skills required.
Experience With The Older Adult Population Preferred.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Greets and screens all energy assistance walk-in clients.
- Accepts completed applications and assists clients with application questions.
- Responsible for organizing and tracking all applications, including screening and sorting a large volume of mail and incoming faxes.
- Maintains government-regulated monitoring systems/reports.
- Answers large volume of telephone calls to provide program process and access information, as well as application status.
- Provides general clerical support for staff and clients.
- Organizes and prepares materials for mailing
- Filing and scanning.
- Maintains and orders office equipment and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associates Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.

- Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills are required.
