POSITION SUMMARY
Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in empowering individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you'll provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy, helping clients develop essential communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Individualized Plans: Deliver ABA therapy based on BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans.
- Provide Direct Therapy: Conduct engaging therapy sessions in various settings (home, school, clinic, community).
- Accurate Data Collection: Record and analyze client progress data diligently.
- Assist with Assessments: Support functional assessments under BCBA supervision.
- Reinforce Positive Behavior: Utilize effective reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate & Learn: Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification from the BACB.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to client needs.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Successful background check.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Flexible work environments (home, school, community).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Frequent movement, kneeling, and standing required.
