Corporate HR Manager
Lead day-to-day HR operations and grow into broader HR leadership alongside our VP of HR.
LifeSkills Connection, Inc. is hiring a Corporate HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations across our organization. You'll supervise our HR Generalist, be the frontline for employee relations and workplace guidance, and partner directly with our VP of HR — with a real path to grow into broader HR leadership as our organization grows.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day HR operations and directly supervise our HR Generalist
- Be the first point of contact for employee relations, workplace guidance, and conflict resolution
- Own recruiting and onboarding across the organization
- Guide compliance with employment law across our multi-state footprint — with training and support, not expected expertise on day one
- Lead performance management processes and coach frontline supervisors on documentation and difficult conversations
- Partner directly with our VP of HR on strategic initiatives, with genuine room to grow your scope over time
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including some supervisory or lead experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Government contracting or multi-state employment experience a plus, not required
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus, not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
