Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a Registered Nurse (RN) degree and strong clinical and technical expertise to support the deployment and scaling of LifeSignals wearable biosensor solutions and the UbiqVue platform. This part-time role (minimum 20 hours per week) may be performed remotely or on-site in Milpitas, CA.
The ideal candidate will bridge clinical practice and digital health technology, providing hands-on support during installation, validation, and operational scaling of customer deployments. This role requires a strong focus on customer success, timely issue resolution, and effective collaboration across internal teams, OEM partners, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer and partner support via phone, email, and web-based platforms
- Support installation, configuration, validation, and scaling of LifeSignals wearable biosensors and UbiqVue platform
- Troubleshoot clinical workflows, device performance, and platform-related issues in real-time environments
- Collaborate with internal engineering, clinical, and operations teams to ensure system reliability and clinical accuracy
- Assist customers and partners during onboarding, training, and go-live phases
- Document support cases, workflows, and resolutions in accordance with quality and regulatory standards
- Provide clinical insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely handling and resolution of support requests across multiple time zones
- Support OEM and channel partners with technical and clinical inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with clinical experience (preferred)
- Proven experience supporting medical devices in a clinical or technical support capacity
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to interface across technical and clinical stakeholders
- Experience in installation, validation, or support of healthcare technology systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to support requests in a timely manner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wearable medical devices and remote patient monitoring solutions
- Familiarity with digital health platforms, cloud-based systems, and data dashboards
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA, quality systems)
- Experience working with OEM and channel partners
- Background in clinical validation, system implementation, or product support
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field
