Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a medical background and a strong interest in technology to support and enhance our healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an ECG Technician (or similar cardiac monitoring role) and be comfortable working with clinical systems, medical devices, and technical platforms. This role bridges the gap between clinical practice and healthcare technology, supporting clinical accuracy, system reliability, and customer or internal stakeholder success.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer and channel partners requests via phone, email or web
- Support, analyze, and troubleshoot ECG and cardiac monitoring data, devices, or platforms
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure accurate data interpretation and system performance
- Assist with device setup, configuration, validation, and user support
- Provide clinical insight to technical teams during product development, testing, or issue resolution
- Document workflows, issues, and resolutions to support compliance and quality standards
- Train or support end users (clinicians, technicians, or partners) on system usage and best practices
- Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Medical background with clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- ECG Technician certification or equivalent cardiac monitoring experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and via email/chat platforms.
- Understanding of ECG rhythms, lead placement, and cardiac diagnostics
- Comfort working with technology platforms, software applications, and electronic medical systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate clinical needs into clear technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with remote cardiac monitoring, Holter, telemetry, or wearable medical devices
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EHRs, cloud-based platforms, data portals)
- Exposure to technical support, system implementation, or product support roles
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, data privacy, quality systems)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a medical, biomedical, or technical field
