POSITION SUMMARY: Lifescape Colorado is seeking an energetic, highly organized and strategic Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales process and pipeline for luxury landscape design and construction projects. The Sales Operations Manager serves as the backbone for the sales team, ensuring that the infrastructure supporting sales activities is both robust and efficient. This role encompasses the management of the lead intake process, sales pipeline, sales strategy implementation, the optimization of processes and tools used by the sales team, and the management of analytics to drive productivity, effectiveness, and working with operations for capacity optimization. By aligning sales objectives with business strategies, the Sales Operations Manager facilitates a smooth operational environment that enables the sales team to focus on what they do best: selling. Through a combination of leadership, strategic planning, collaboration with marketing and operational oversight, this position ensures that the sales organization operates cohesively and remains well-positioned to meet the challenges of an ever-evolving market landscape.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Lead Intake Process Management
- Responsible for managing lead intake; client phone call & email intake/call backs, screening and qualifying leads
- Ensure smooth transition of leads to sales team and that lead process is being followed for optimal client service
- Assist and educate our clientele/new lead on services we offer
- Oversee the entire sales operations infrastructure, including CRM systems, sales reporting mechanisms, and data analytics to ensure efficiency, client service and effectiveness in sales processes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline daily, input and track leads through the sales pipeline using PipeDrive, maintaining data accuracy and visibility.
- Monitor pipeline performance and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Ensure all sales team members are responsible for and updating their pipeline CRM daily
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, construction/maintenance teams and service department, to ensure a cohesive approach for our clients.
- Partner with the construction teams to align project urgency and scheduling with sales priorities.
- Manage weekly pipeline and backlog with sales and operations stakeholders based on operations capacity and client needs.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel and pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition of leads from prospecting to closing, with a keen focus on improving conversion rates at each stage.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s overall sales strategy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the sales cycle.
- Support forecasting and goal-setting initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Design and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales team, sales techniques, and client service skills to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align annual and seasonal campaigns, initiatives with sales goals.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies to drive high-value leads and sales.
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in construction, design, or luxury services.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, especially PipeDrive.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and teammates, on the phone and in person.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Experience in a luxury/service, hospitality, landscape or construction industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software, salesforce, pipedrive, CRMs.
