Program Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to overall management of a residential group home, supervising direct care staff, interviewing, scheduling, training, disciplines, monthly staff meetings, payroll, petty cash, monthly and annual reports; daily documentation, monthly fire drills, community outings, scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents, direct care, and following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols and care plans.

Schedules

• Monday-Friday: 8am - 4pm, including on-call responsibilities
• Monday-Friday: 7am - 3pm, including on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year experience working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities
• One year supervisory experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's license with 3-year clean driving record (PREFERRED)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely
