SET FULL TIME & PART TIME SCHEDULES!!
Second shift and Awake Overnight Shifts (include every other weekend)
LPN job responsibilities include but are not limited to providing care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Jobs duties include: Working with the direct care staff to ensure all of the residents needs are met including personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, attending medical appointments, medical assessments and treatments, medical and other documentation and paperwork as required.
LPN qualifications:
-Current LPN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
-A minimum of one year nursing experience
-Valid Driver's License with a clean 3 year record
-At least 18 years of age
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely
