2026 SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – P&L Engineering #1

The LifeNet Health summer internship is a paid ($20/hour) program and includes project work that aligns with our mission Saving Lives, Restoring Health, and Giving Hope. The projects are designed to engage active learning, provide mentor relationships and leadership development over the course of a 10-week program. As a fun bonus, our interns are provided with 8 weeks of golf lessons and a set of clubs to use during the internship program with an end-of-program golf tournament!

The P&L Engineering internship project will provide you with hands-on experience in a corporate environment where you will be exposed to the multiple functions of the P&L Engineering team to support the business and drive corporate initiatives.

Clinical Status: Clinical

PROJECT DETAILS/TRAINING:

•         You will support an investigation into pre-fiber cortical shaft saline rinses that occurs in both ViviGen and Musculoskeletal value streams.

•         You will perform process observation in MS and VG.

•         You will process map current-state and future conditions.

•         You will lead experimental design study protocol and report. Author a risk-based memorandum and presentation summarizing findings and conclusions.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

•         You must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.  BA Degree in Engineering (any field). Technical writing is preferred.

•         You must be a rising junior, senior, or a recent graduate in 2026.

•         You must be available to commit to the 10-week program (June 1 – August 7), full-time, 40 hours/week.
