2026 SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Information Systems

The LifeNet Health summer internship is a paid ($20/hour) program and includes project work that aligns with our mission Saving Lives, Restoring Health, and Giving Hope. The projects are designed to engage active learning, provide mentor relationships and leadership development over the course of a 10-week program. As a fun bonus, our interns are provided with 8 weeks of golf lessons and a set of clubs to use during the internship program with an end-of-program golf tournament!

The Information Systems internship project will provide you with hands-on experience in a corporate environment where you will be exposed to the multiple functions of the IS team to support the business and drive corporate initiatives.

Clinical Status: Non-Clinical

PROJECT DETAILS/TRAINING:

• You will partner with business architects and business subject matter experts to understand end-to-end business processes.
• You will document business processes using clear process flows and written descriptions.
• You will help map documented business processes to support custom system solutions in LifeNet Health for MM, IMM, PP, and QM areas.
• You will identify gaps, inefficiencies or unclear ownership.
• You will identify small-scale improvement opportunities for key processes.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

•         You must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.  BA in Management of Information Systems, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Systems, or Data Analytics Preferred.

•         You must be a rising junior, senior, or a recent graduate in 2026.

•         You must be available to commit to the 10-week program (June 1 – August 7), full-time, 40 hours/week.
