Job Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Order and interpret a wide range of diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients on preventative care and effective management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure excellent, coordinated patient care.
- Exercise a high degree of autonomy, including the authority to write prescriptions for both controlled and non-controlled substances.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Previous experience in a family medicine or primary care setting is strongly preferred.
- Must be bilingual and fluent in one of the following languages: Armenian, Russian, or Farsi (Persian).
- Must have a writing prescription license above the NP and a DEA license.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
