Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, including assessing patients' vital signs and medical histories.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies as necessary to diagnose and manage patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric patients.
- Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and vaccinations.
- Manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, through medication management, lifestyle counseling, and patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
- Utilize telehealth technology to provide virtual consultations and monitor patient progress remotely.
- Stay current with the latest developments in medicine and healthcare policy through ongoing education and training.
- Participate in case management to optimize patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Provide occupational health services, including conducting physical exams and providing health education to employees.
Experience:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in California
-Current DEA License in California
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or the equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or in a related role.
- Experience providing telehealth services to patients.
- Experience working in a team-based healthcare environment.
-Bilingual, preferably Spanish.

Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour
