Lifeline Children's Services is a non-profit 501c3 ministry and licensed agency founded in 1981. We reach out to vulnerable children through adoption, orphan care, foster care, and the Gospel. With offices in 10 states, we work with Christian families to ensure children are raised with the truth of who Jesus Christ is as their Lord and Savior. Our services promote the sanctity of life by supporting young women in unplanned pregnancies and providing comprehensive care for orphans and foster children.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Therapist located in Athens, GA. The Family Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to children and families, managing cases, and ensuring effective clinical supervision. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering individual and family therapy. Additionally, the Family Therapist will collaborate with other professionals to ensure the mental health and well-being of clients.
- Possess skills in Psychology, Family Therapy, and Mental Health
- Experience in Case Management and Clinical Supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a Family Therapist or similar credential is preferred
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical or therapeutic setting is beneficial
