Primary Duties:
- To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
- Actively leads the team in a manner aligned with scripture including, but not limited to, praying for and with them, sharing scripture in daily activities and leadership, modeling the character of Jesus Christ in interactions with team and any external clients, partners, vendors, etc.
- Disciples’ employees for the benefit of our ministry partners and clients.
- Aligns team dynamics, internal & external processes, and final product of team’s work with Biblical principles and with Lifeline’s Core Values
- Coordinates ICPC services
- Supports pregnancy counseling/domestic staff through completion of administrative services including but not limited to:
- assisting with matching process (organizing responses & sending profiles),
- database management (maintaining documents)
- mailing (distribution of incoming mail and outgoing mail)
- Attend weekly domestic staff meeting
- Notes and follow up from domestic staff
- Compile stories from domestic staff
- Coordinates post-placement correspondence between birth parents and adoptive parents by sending schedules and pursuing delinquent correspondence
- Audits adoptive parent and birth parent files after finalization Assists the Domestic Intake and Admin Manager in quarterly Rooted in Love conference planning and execution
- Assist with maintaining and responding to emails in domestic admin email group as needed
- Assist domestic intake specialist with answering phones as needed
- Quarterly prayer notes rotation
- Assists Admin Team (including front desk area) by answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, opening and closing the office, and responding to email, web, and other general inquiries
- Encourages and supports church engagement efforts, including live presence opportunities, adoption information meetings, and biblical teaching on caring for vulnerable children.
- If qualified by the state, conduct home studies, post placement/adoption reports or other related adoption services for families in your geographical area when necessary.
- Assists with and attends agency sponsored events
- Represents the agency in a professional manner in and away from the office
- Maintains good working relationships with co-workers, including resolving all disputes in a Biblically prescribed fashion
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or member of the Executive Team
- At least two years of undergraduate education or equivalent experience
- Professional office environment unless allowed under Remote Worker Policy
