Position: Part Time Community Based Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Compensation: $20.00/Hour, plus $12/day for transportation!
Location: Warwick, RI Region
Employee Status: Part Time Opening!
Total Hours/Week: 15-18 Hrs/Wk
Work Schedule: To start, 3 days per week (Mon-Fri) participant can currently be flexible. Hours would be between 9a-3p. 5-6 hours per day. Potential F/T, Mon-Fri 9a-3p
Client Description:
Participant is very friendly and loves to talk. Enjoys being in community and states she stays very “active”. Has a safety plan in place for excessive inappropriate male interactions. Staff must have ability to utilize non-contingent reinforcement and planned ignoring techniques to redirect inappropriate behavior. Potential employee must have ability to provide consistent guided support/physical assistance to a client who is an identified fall risk and presents with an unsteady gait.
Must have valid Drivers License, clean BCI and National Background, safe Driving record, access to registered and insured vehicle for use, and internet access.

Hiring Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license required & 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
- Vehicle insurance (required to transport clients in your vehicle)
