Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Holly Springs, NC. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to maintain efficient office operations, managing scheduling and clerical tasks, handling phone inquiries professionally, assisting executives with organizational needs, and ensuring smooth daily administrative functions to support the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to perform tasks such as data entry, document management, and office organization
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally handle client interactions and correspondence
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to manage scheduling, calendars, and other executive support tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to work in a faith-based environment that integrates spiritual care
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or relevant education up to a Bachelor's degree a plus.
