Summary
Carroll Hospital a LifeBridge Health Partner: Westminster, Maryland – Part Time Wound Care APP Opportunity
- Carroll Hospital’s Center for Wound Care is searching for an outpatient Advanced Practice Provider to join our team on Mondays (8 hours per week).
- Our specially trained, multidisciplinary team consists of general and vascular surgeons, podiatric, and internal medicine physicians, as well as nurses and educators.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an APP with advanced knowledge and assessment skills in the specialty area of wound care, and experience working with diabetic patients as well as other vascular compromised patients. No on-call requirements.
Desired Candidate:
- CRNP or PA-C with three years’ experience in wound care or surgery preferred.
- Wound Care Certified preferred (or must become Wound Care Certified within one year of hire by NAWCO (National Alliance of Wound Care & Ostomy).
- Will serve as an ambassador for wound care. Coordinates the patient’s plan of care with the physicians, and other interdisciplinary colleagues, to promote best outcomes.
- Will provide independent clinical assessments of wounds, hands-on procedures and debridement, and application of wound care.
Benefits:
