Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Support patients and families through education and emotional care
- Active Maryland or Compact State LPN license
- Current BLS (AHA required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
