About the Role:

As a Stationary Engineer on the 6 am to 2 pm shift, will be responsible for inspections, preventative maintenance and general maintenance of utilities systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety and reliability while maintaining peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment in physical plant and mechanical areas daily.
- Document readings and make repairs on all equipment to minimize breakdowns.
- Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled with proper documentation.
- Facilitate repairs and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required
- Licensure: State of Maryland First Grade Stationary Engineer's License
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience
Range $34 to $49 dependent on experience and internal equity
