About the Role:
Responsible for day-to-day operations and direct support of one or more key leaders of the group, to ensure the orderly and efficient management of the department/function. Performs a variety of complex and highly confidential administrative, operational and project-related duties. Working with internal and external constituents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients at DOVE with warmth and kindness.
- Assist Director and Program Manager with scheduling/coordinating meetings and daily schedules.
- Pay invoices and place orders for the department (such as office supplies and items for clients).
- assist with picking up packages from Northwest Hospital.
- Assist Director and Program Manager with filing documents (electronically).
- Complete Domestic Violence client surveys.
- Assist with meeting agendas, presentations, and taking meeting notes for department.
- Keep DOVE wellness closet and front desk area stocked for clients.
- Assist DOVE staff with contacting clients for information (such as emergency client assistance orders, client screening, etc.).
- Coordinating with vendors/sponsors and assisting with organizing and booking the event.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: AA degree preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years experience in administrative role. Must be organized, professional, multi-tasker, maintain confidentiality for clients, friendy and adaptable
